My head is 58.5cm and the Medium fits with room for a cap. Actual weight 278g. Sits very low on head - and fits my oval shaped head well. Cushioning is nice. Adjustability is fine. The helmet feels very secure to my head. The straps connecting the helmet to the chin strap are not adjustable and the clearance is very tight for either big or low hanging ears. My ears fit - while touching the straps. Annoying when you first put it on - but you forget about it while riding. The leather chin strap seems like pointless expense and probably extra grams - but it adjusts easily and stays put. Noticeably more aero than my Lazer O2. Ventilation is adequate.
