The new engineering of the front derailleur, in its structure and components, guarantees a smooth motion in both directions even when the chain is understress and heavy traction. The battery, housed on the front, ensures a 750-km range (in normal conditions of use) and can be recharged directly on the bike or removed to be easily recharged anywhere with a normal USB socket and its dedicated charging cable. A full recharge is completed in one hour (but in just 45 minutes you can already reach 90%) and the system status is displayed by a single colored LED. The rear derailleur has been redesigned and streamlined: it has now undergone a 25% reduction in lateral bulk compared to the previous 12s model.
