Black Inc Hyper 62 Wheelset

The HYPER 62 is Black Inc’s most advanced deep-section race wheelset to date. Though in development for some time, it was the Factor Bugatti project that gave the engineering team a reason to accelerate the design process and transform the concept into a full production programme.

Built around proprietary carbon spoke construction, hidden threaded tip integration, and a 62mm rim profile, the wheels combine low mass, high lateral stiffness, and refined aerodynamic efficiency at higher yaw angles, the wheels offer thoroughly peak performance in a race-ready package.

Every part of the system has been considered: the spoke shape, the threaded tip integration, the bonded flange, the hub preparation, the rim-wall stiffness, and the way the wheel responds under load. The result is a race wheel that feels immediate, controlled, and fast, thanks to the systematic synergies of the design features.
